Michelle Baratta

Michelle is a real estate attorney and licensed broker who has represented investors, first time homebuyers, developers, and multi-unit owners in sales, purchases, and refinances throughout Boston and the Greater Boston area. She has experience with large multimillion dollar development projects as well as condominium conversions and purchases and sales of investment properties. 

Michelle graduated the University of Hartford with her BA and obtained her J.D. at Northeastern University School of Law, where she concentrated on real estate and environmental law.

Michelle lives in Quincy with her husband, daughter, and twin sons. She is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Ben Herman

Salesperson

Ben is a licensed real estate agent who has represented investors, developers, and first-time homebuyers throughout the Greater Boston area.

After several years working for Democratic political campaigns in Massachusetts, Ben changed careers to real estate and began helping young professionals navigate their first home purchase and investors looking for multi-family properties. Ben also works for a private developer and has managed and overseen the zoning and development of over 120 residential and commercial units.

Ben graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Political Science. He is a member of the NAIOP and Urban Land Institute's Young Leaders Group. He was born and raised in Newton, Massachusetts and currently lives in Milton with his wife and two young boys.

Aaron Glickman

Aaron is a licensed real estate agent who has over eight years of experience in property management, specializing in leasing and property rentals. This work has also afforded him experience with property development and investment. 

Aaron graduated from the University at Albany with a BA in Japanese studies and spent several years living there before moving to Boston in 2007. 

Aaron was born and raised in Long Island, New York and currently resides in Georgetown with his wife and cat.
